Non Executive Director

Mark acts as a non-executive director for a number of companies including Britain's largest privately owned toy manufacturer, Halsall International Limited which can be viewed at the Halsall website

In the past, Mark has written numerous business plans and acted as a business consultant. Specialising in fund raising to help grow businesses, Mark will act as a professional non executive director, mentor or straight forward business consultant. Strategic planning is particularly interesting to Mark and he enjoys helping businesses transition from small and private to very profitable and possibly public.

Previously, Mark was non-executive Chairman at Fylde Micro where he worked to develop greater sales of Fylde's market leading MPT1327 Trunking Radio system Fylde Micro website
